Responsibilities: • Greet customers in a polite and friendly manner • Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner • Process customer purchases quickly and accurately • Receive payments and issue receipts • Count money in the cash drawer and ensure it balances with the sales receipts • Answer customer questions regarding store policies and procedures • Stock shelves and maintain a clean and orderly checkout area • Assist in other tasks as needed, such as bagging groceries, stocking shelves, and cleaning work areas
