Job Description

May administer a recruiting program or large-scale project. Recruits internal and external candidates. Sources candidates through multiple sources, including but not limited to research, cold calls, direct recruiting referrals, and networking. Reviews resumes; assesses candidates for knowledge, skills, and abilities. Conducts first-level interviews; makes recommendations to hiring managers. Reviews / discusses candidate performance with interviewers. Develops compensation package, relocation, and offer letter for candidates. Trains organization on interviewing / selection methods.
