- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion for H-E-B retail stores.
- Identify and capitalize on market trends to increase sales and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with vendors, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential areas for growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business initiatives.
- Lead negotiations and establish mutually beneficial partnerships with new and existing business partners.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to drive sales.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and provide exceptional customer service.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
- Develop and manage budgets and financial forecasts to support business objectives.
- Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on business development progress and results.
- Mentor and coach junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Represent H-E-B at industry events and conferences to network and promote business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Continuously seek new opportunities for growth and improvement in the business.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Business Development Or Sales, Preferably In The Retail Or Grocery Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills And Proven Track Record Of Managing And Developing A Team.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Stakeholders.
Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities, With A Focus On Identifying New Business Opportunities And Driving Growth.
