1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the parking lot, ensuring a positive and friendly experience.
2. Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the parking lot, including picking up trash and debris.
3. Direct and assist customers with finding parking spots and navigating the parking lot safely.
4. Monitor and enforce parking lot rules and regulations to ensure the safety of customers and their vehicles.
5. Keep an accurate count of available parking spaces and communicate any potential issues to management.
6. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns promptly and courteously.
7. Report any damaged or malfunctioning equipment, such as parking lot lights or barriers, to the appropriate department.
8. Assist customers with loading and unloading their purchases into their vehicles if needed.
9. Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times, representing the company in a positive light.
10. Continuously monitor the parking lot for any potential hazards and take appropriate action to prevent accidents.
11. Adhere to all safety and security protocols and report any incidents or suspicious behavior to management.
12. Attend all required trainings and meetings to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
13. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of traffic in the parking lot.
14. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
15. Perform other duties as assigned by management to contribute to the overall success of the store.
