1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bakery department, including inventory management, scheduling, and ensuring product freshness.
2. Train and supervise bakery staff, including bakers, decorators, and sales associates, to ensure high-quality products and exceptional customer service.
3. Create and maintain a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
4. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability of the bakery department.
5. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
6. Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and financial transactions.

12. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality ingredients and supplies.
13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, and ensure all bakery team members do the same.
14. Take ownership of any issues or challenges that may arise in the bakery department and work towards finding solutions.
15. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to share ideas and suggestions for enhancing the bakery department.
