Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Associate Asset Manager to join our Energy Management team at H-E-B. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and strong experience in energy management. This individual should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. If you are a self-starter with a passion for energy management, we want to hear from you!Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field• 5+ years of experience in energy management or related field• Knowledge of energy management systems, energy monitoring, and energy efficiency• Experience with energy modeling and cost analysis• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite• Proven track record of successful energy management projects

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage energy management projects, including energy monitoring, energy efficiency, and energy modeling.
  2. Analyze energy data and provide cost effective solutions to reduce energy consumption.
  3. Monitor and update energy management systems.
  4. Develop and implement strategies for energy conservation.
  5. Prepare reports and presentations on energy management progress and results.
  6. Work with other departments to ensure energy management policies and procedures are in place and followed.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with energy suppliers.
  8. Stay up-to-date on energy management technologies and trends.
  9. Provide guidance and support to other teams in the Energy Management department.
  10. Assist with budgeting and forecasting related to energy management initiatives.
