Previous Retail Management Experience: A Successful Candidate For The Assistant Store Leader Position At H-E-B Should Have Previous Experience In A Leadership Role Within The Retail Industry. This Could Include Experience As A Department Manager, Assistant Manager, Or Store Manager.
