- Support Store Leader in overseeing daily operations of the store, including customer service, sales, and inventory management.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming store environment for customers by upholding H-E-B's high standards of customer service.

This Experience Should Demonstrate Strong Leadership Skills, The Ability To Manage A Team, And A Track Record Of Achieving Results.
Knowledge Of H-E-B Operations And Policies: Familiarity With H-E-B's Operations, Policies, And Procedures Is Essential For An Assistant Store Leader.
