  1. Oversee daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
  2. Lead and motivate team members to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
  3. Train and develop team members on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
  4. Monitor and maintain store cleanliness, organization, and presentation to uphold company standards.
  5. Collaborate with Store Leader to create and implement strategies to improve store performance and sales.
  6. Assist in creating schedules for team members to ensure adequate coverage during peak business hours.
  7. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  8. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  9. Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any issues.
  10. Serve as a role model for team members by demonstrating a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
  11. Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new team members.
  12. Monitor and manage store expenses to ensure financial goals are met.
  13. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and market changes to make informed decisions for the store.
  14. Collaborate with other store leaders and departments to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  15. Perform any other duties or tasks as assigned by the Store Leader.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Retail Management Experience: Candidates For The Assistant Store Leader Position Should Have Experience In A Retail Management Role, Preferably With A Grocery Store Or Other Similar Retail Environment.
