Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Manage the service departments within the store and ensure that all departments are running efficiently.

- Monitor customer feedback and use it to improve service levels.
- Ensure that all staff are properly trained on customer service and retail management procedures.
- Maintain a high level of staff engagement and motivation.
- Monitor store performance and recommend strategies for improvement.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a courteous and timely manner.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty.
- Maintain accurate records and track key metrics using data analysis.
