Assistant Service Manager

5. Ensure that all staff are properly trained on customer service and retail management procedures.
6. Maintain a high level of staff engagement and motivation.
7. Monitor store performance and recommend strategies for improvement.
8. Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a courteous and timely manner.
9. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty.
10. Maintain accurate records and track key metrics using data analysis.
