The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successful commissioning of projects, a customer-focused mindset, and a passion for excellence.The Asset Manager - Commissioning will be responsible for leading the commissioning process for all projects to ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices. This position requires a strong technical understanding of commissioning industry standards as well as the ability to think strategically about projects.To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field. Knowledge of building systems, energy conservation, and municipal codes is required. You should also have excellent project management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the commissioning process for all projects to ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and contractors to ensure successful completion of projects.
  3. Establish and adhere to project schedules and budgets for commissioning-related activities.
  4. Monitor project progress and take corrective action when necessary to ensure successful completion of projects.
  5. Evaluate building systems and energy conservation measures to ensure compliance with industry standards and municipal codes.
  6. Train and mentor other team members on commissioning-related topics.
  7. Identify areas of improvement in the commissioning process and develop strategies to implement changes.
  8. Manage and track all commissioning-related documentation.
  9. Develop and implement commissioning protocols and procedures.
  10. Monitor industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance with current standards.
