Job Description

Manages Partners responsible for accounting functions in a targeted area, including the accurate and timely preparation of reports and statistics reflecting earnings, profits, cash balances, and other financial results. Leads development and career path planning for subordinates. Formulates / administers approved accounting practices throughout the organization to ensure financial and operating reports accurately reflect the condition of the business and provide reliable information necessary to control operations. Evaluates current and proposed financial plans / policies; uses metrics and measures to drive decisions and improvements; recommends changes that enhance profitability.

Job Qualifications

  • Comprehensive knowledge of GAAP and regulatory accounting practices

  • 7+ years of experience in an accounting or related field

  • 2+ years of supervisory experience
