- Greet and welcome customers to H-E-B with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving any inquiries or concerns.
- Assist in managing daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures.
- Lead and supervise a team of employees, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Ensure all employees adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and stocking products.
- Work closely with other store managers and departments to maintain efficient store operations.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with employee hiring, onboarding, and training processes.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Monitor and track store sales and performance, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Continuously evaluate and improve customer service processes and procedures.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of products, promotions, and company policies to effectively assist customers and employees.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and promote a safe work environment.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the store manager.
Extensive Knowledge Of Macgregor Products And Services: The 288/Macgregor Asm Must Have A Deep Understanding Of The Macgregor Product Line, Including Features, Benefits, And Technical Specifications. They Should Also Be Familiar With The Services Offered By Macgregor, Such As Installation, Maintenance, And Repairs.
Leadership And Management Skills: The 288/Macgregor Asm Will Be Responsible For Overseeing A Team Of Service Technicians And Ensuring That They Are Performing Their Duties Efficiently And Effectively. Therefore, They Should Possess Strong Leadership And Management Skills, Including The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Provide Guidance And Support, And Resolve Conflicts.
Customer Service Experience: As The Face Of Macgregor At H-E-B, The Asm Must Have Excellent Customer Service Skills. They Should Be Able To Communicate Effectively With Customers, Understand Their Needs And Concerns, And Provide Satisfactory Solutions To Any Issues That May Arise.
Technical Expertise: In Addition To Knowledge Of Macgregor Products And Services, The 288/Macgregor Asm Should Have A Strong Technical Background. This May Include Experience In Electrical, Plumbing, Or Mechanical Systems, As Well As The Ability To Troubleshoot And Diagnose Problems With Macgregor Equipment.
Time Management And Organizational Skills: The 288/Macgregor Asm Will Be Responsible For Scheduling Service Appointments, Managing Inventory, And Keeping Track Of Service Records. Therefore, They Should Be Highly Organized And Able To Manage Their Time Effectively To Ensure That All Tasks Are Completed In A Timely Manner.
