- Receive and unpack merchandise shipments to ensure timely availability of new collections in store.
- Organize and maintain store inventory, ensuring that all items are accurately tracked and replenished.
- Collaborate with store management and team members to prioritize and execute merchandising plans.
- Assist in managing and organizing back stock areas to maximize space and accessibility.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to identify any discrepancies and take necessary actions to rectify them.
- Monitor and maintain store presentation standards, including neatness and cleanliness of all merchandise displays.
- Assist customers with finding and retrieving merchandise from the stockroom.
- Utilize company systems and processes to accurately receive, transfer, and track merchandise.
- Collaborate with sales associates to ensure efficient restocking and replenishment of merchandise on the sales floor.
- Communicate any inventory or stock concerns to store management in a timely manner.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers and team members.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and security measures.
- Participate in store meetings and trainings to stay up-to-date on new merchandise and processes.
- Support the overall success of the store by completing additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Knowledge Of Inventory Management: A Stock Associate At Guess Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Inventory Management Techniques, Including Receiving, Organizing, And Replenishing Stock.
