Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

3. Develop relationships with customers and ensure a memorable shopping experience.
4. Maintain the sales floor by organizing and restocking merchandise.
5. Perform cashier duties, including processing payments and returns.
6. Ensure the security of the store and merchandise by monitoring for shoplifters and keeping an eye out for suspicious activity.
7. Assist with other duties, such as store opening and closing tasks, as needed.
8. Follow all company policies and procedures.
9. Stay up to date on the latest GUESS products and fashion trends.
