  1. Serve as a brand ambassador for GUESS by embodying the company's values and promoting our products and services to customers.
  2. Lead the retail team by providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  3. Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of new team members to ensure a knowledgeable and efficient workforce.
  4. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and keep up-to-date with fashion trends to provide valuable insights and recommendations to customers.
  5. Create a welcoming and positive atmosphere for customers by greeting them with enthusiasm and providing personalized assistance.
  6. Ensure the store is visually appealing and well-organized, in line with GUESS's standards and guidelines.
  7. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
  8. Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and accuracy.
  9. Support the store manager in administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and inventory management.
  10. Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and security, to maintain a safe and secure work environment.
  11. Collaborate with other team members and departments to achieve company goals and objectives.
  12. Continuously strive to improve sales performance, customer satisfaction, and overall store profitability.

  • Time Management And Multitasking Abilities: Working In A Retail Setting Can Be Hectic, And A Keyholder Must Be Able To Manage Their Time Effectively And Multitask.
