- Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee files and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Conduct new hire orientation and ensure all onboarding paperwork is completed.
- Assist with employee relations by addressing and resolving employee concerns and conflicts.
- Coordinate and schedule employee training and development programs.
- Assist with performance management processes, including conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees.
- Maintain and update HR databases and systems.
- Assist with the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
- Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve and streamline HR processes.
- Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, such as scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
2-3 Years Of Experience In Hr Coordination Or Administration, Preferably In The Retail Or Fashion Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Best Practices.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.
Proficient In Microsoft Office And Hr Software Systems, With The Ability To Analyze Data And Generate Reports.
