The successful candidate should possess:• At least 2+ years of customer service experience• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written• The ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment• A friendly and positive demeanor• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software programs• The ability to work well independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service to all customers by responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
  2. Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times.
  3. Troubleshoot customer service issues and provide suitable solutions.
  4. Utilize software programs such as Microsoft Office to process customer orders.
  5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  6. Follow all company policies and procedures related to customer service.
  7. Establish and maintain a friendly and professional relationship with customers.
  8. Stay up-to-date on all products and services offered by GUESS.
  9. Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  10. Assist in other areas of the store as needed.
