Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Customer Relationship Management And Data Analytics.
Proficiency In Crm Systems, Such As Salesforce Or Oracle, And Bi Tools, Such As Tableau Or Power Bi.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Draw Insights From Large Datasets.
