1. Oversee the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
2. Ensure the store meets and exceeds sales goals by effectively managing team members and driving sales through exceptional customer service.
3. Train, develop, and motivate team members to provide a positive and welcoming shopping experience for customers.
4. Stay up-to-date with current fashion trends and product knowledge to ensure the store is always on-trend and stocked with the latest merchandise.
5. Collaborate with the Store Manager to create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
6. Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify areas of opportunity and make recommendations for improvement.

8. Maintain a clean and organized store environment to provide a visually appealing shopping experience.
9. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, cash handling, employee relations, and safety protocols.
10. Assist in scheduling and managing employee work schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak business hours.
11. Participate in hiring and onboarding processes for new team members.
12. Communicate effectively with the Store Manager and other Co-Managers to ensure consistency and efficiency in store operations.
13. Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and excellent customer service skills.
