- Oversee the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Ensure the store meets and exceeds sales goals by effectively managing team members and driving sales through exceptional customer service.
- Train, develop, and motivate team members to provide a positive and welcoming shopping experience for customers.
- Stay up-to-date with current fashion trends and product knowledge to ensure the store is always on-trend and stocked with the latest merchandise.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify areas of opportunity and make recommendations for improvement.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment to provide a visually appealing shopping experience.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, cash handling, employee relations, and safety protocols.
- Assist in scheduling and managing employee work schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak business hours.
- Participate in hiring and onboarding processes for new team members.
- Communicate effectively with the Store Manager and other Co-Managers to ensure consistency and efficiency in store operations.
- Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and excellent customer service skills.
- Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth within the company.
- Represent the GUESS brand with enthusiasm and passion to create brand loyalty among customers.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or Related Field.
Excellent Customer Service Skills And A Passion For Providing An Exceptional Shopping Experience.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Retail Management Experience, Preferably In A Fashion Or Clothing Company.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Manage A Team.
