- Oversee the daily operations of the store, including managing the sales team, inventory, and customer service.

- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new team members.
- Continuously assess and improve store processes to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Business Growth.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In The Fashion Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Customers And Employees At All Levels.
