9. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner, striving to resolve any concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
10. Collaborate with the Store Manager to conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees, identifying areas for improvement and creating development plans.
11. Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees to ensure a strong and knowledgeable team.
12. Represent GUESS in a positive and professional manner, both in-store and within the community, to promote the brand and build customer loyalty.
13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including sales targets, scheduling, and employee conduct, to ensure a cohesive and productive work environment.
