Job Description

We are currently seeking a driven and experienced Co-Manager to join our team and help us elevate the customer experience at our store. As a Co-Manager, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, develop and motivate a team, and maintain a high level of visual merchandising standards. The ideal candidate will have previous management experience in the fashion industry and a strong understanding of GUESS brand and culture. If you are a collaborative, results-driven individual with exceptional leadership skills, we want to hear from you!

  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store and ensure it is running smoothly and efficiently.
  2. Drive sales and achieve store targets by implementing effective sales strategies.
  3. Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to provide excellent customer service and meet sales goals.
  4. Develop and implement training programs to ensure team members are knowledgeable about GUESS brand and products.
  5. Maintain a high level of visual merchandising standards in accordance with GUESS guidelines.
  6. Collaborate with the Store Manager to create and execute plans to increase store profitability.
  7. Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  8. Assist with inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.
  9. Uphold GUESS brand culture and values by setting a positive example for team members.
  10. Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and competition to make informed business decisions.
  12. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  13. Maintain a safe and clean store environment by enforcing health and safety standards.
  14. Act as a liaison between store staff and upper management, providing updates and feedback as needed.
  15. Attend meetings and training sessions as required by the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Retail Management Experience: The Ideal Candidate For A Co-Manager Position At Guess Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Retail Management Role. This Experience Should Include Managing Teams, Driving Sales, And Ensuring A Positive Customer Experience.

  • Knowledge Of Fashion And Retail Industry: Guess Is A Fashion-Forward Brand, And A Co-Manager Should Have A Good Understanding Of The Latest Fashion Trends And The Retail Industry. This Knowledge Will Help In Making Strategic Decisions To Drive Sales And Keep The Store Competitive.
