- Manage and lead a team of retail associates to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.

- Collaborate with other Co-Managers and upper management to develop and execute business plans and initiatives.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities in order to make informed business decisions.
- Assist in the hiring and onboarding process for new team members.
- Foster a strong sense of accountability and drive performance by setting clear expectations and providing regular feedback.
- Represent the brand and uphold its values and standards at all times.
- Ensure the store is well-maintained and adheres to safety and cleanliness standards.
- Continuously seek ways to improve store operations and provide suggestions for process enhancements.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In The Fashion Industry.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Customers And Employees.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience In Managing And Developing A Team.
Demonstrated Ability To Drive Sales And Meet Performance Targets.
