- Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with Store Manager to develop strategies that drive sales and improve overall store performance
- Train and develop team members on product knowledge, customer service skills, and brand standards
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement action plans accordingly
- Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members
- Ensure the store is visually appealing and merchandise is displayed according to company standards
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Manage inventory levels and assist in conducting regular store audits
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to make recommendations for improvement
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new team members
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to support their growth and development.
Strong Leadership Skills: A Co-Manager At Guess Must Possess Excellent Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage And Lead A Team Of Employees. This Includes The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Provide Guidance And Direction, And Motivate Team Members To Achieve Goals.
Retail Management Experience: Previous Experience In Retail Management Is A Must For A Co-Manager At Guess. This Includes Knowledge Of Inventory Management, Sales Techniques, And Customer Service Best Practices.
Excellent Communication Skills: Communication Is Key In A Retail Environment, And A Co-Manager Must Have Strong Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Team Members, Upper Management, And Customers.
Organizational Skills: A Co-Manager At Guess Must Be Highly Organized And Able To Handle Multiple Tasks And Responsibilities. This Includes Managing Schedules, Overseeing Inventory, And Ensuring The Store Is Running Smoothly.
