1. Assist the Store Manager in day-to-day store operations.
2. Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue and meet sales targets.
3. Train and develop the sales team to ensure they provide exceptional customer service and maintain brand standards.
4. Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide recommendations to improve sales and customer engagement.
5. Maintain store visual merchandising standards to ensure an attractive and inviting shopping environment.
6. Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
7. Serve as a brand ambassador and lead by example in providing exceptional customer service.

9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, cash handling, inventory management, and loss prevention.
10. Assist with hiring, training, and scheduling of store staff.

13. Collaborate with the Store Manager on budget planning and monitoring expenses.
