As a Co-Manager, you will play a crucial role in the success of our brand, working alongside the Store Manager to drive sales, provide exceptional customer service, and lead a team of fashion-forward individuals. - Lead and manage a team of sales associates to ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies to drive store revenue and meet targets.
- Train and develop sales associates on brand standards, product knowledge, and customer service techniques.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular updates and recommendations to the Store Manager.
- Maintain a high level of visual merchandising standards in accordance with company guidelines.
- Ensure inventory levels are accurate and manage stock replenishment to meet customer demand.
- Address any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new team members.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the GUESS image and values to customers and employees.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all company policies and procedures.
- Assist in the planning and execution of in-store events and promotions.
- Support and assist the Store Manager in day-to-day operations of the store.
- Continuously stay up-to-date on fashion trends and industry developments to provide expert knowledge to customers and team members.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
- Take on additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by the Store Manager.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Retail Management Experience, Preferably In The Fashion Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills And Proven Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Sales And Marketing Strategies, As Well As Experience In Driving Sales And Achieving Targets.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Both Customers And Colleagues.
Demonstrated Knowledge Of Inventory Management, Visual Merchandising, And Store Operations, As Well As A Keen Eye For Detail And Visual Aesthetics.
