- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies for driving sales and achieving store goals
- Ensure the store meets and exceeds customer service standards to provide an exceptional shopping experience
- Assist in managing and motivating a team of sales associates to achieve individual and store-wide sales targets
- Oversee the hiring, training, and development of new team members
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and adjust strategies accordingly
- Maintain a deep understanding of current fashion trends and product knowledge to effectively assist customers and make merchandising decisions
- Ensure the store is visually appealing and adheres to company standards for cleanliness and organization
- Act as a leader and role model for the team by demonstrating excellent customer service, sales techniques, and professionalism
- Communicate effectively with the Store Manager and other Co-Managers to ensure a cohesive and efficient operation of the store
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including inventory management, cash handling, and loss prevention measures.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In The Fashion Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Driving Sales And Meeting/Exceeding Targets.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Fashion Trends And The Ability To Provide Exceptional Customer Service.
