- Lead and manage the daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Motivate and inspire team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
- Train and develop team members on GUESS brand standards, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
- Monitor and analyze sales and inventory data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Create and execute strategies to drive sales and increase store profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local and federal laws.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new team members.
- Collaborate with other Co-Managers and upper management to develop and implement company-wide initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, following visual merchandising guidelines.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of GUESS brand and products, and effectively communicate this knowledge to customers and team members.
- Keep track of and report on store metrics, such as sales performance, customer feedback, and inventory levels.
- Assist in budget planning and financial management of the store.
- Act as a role model for the team by exemplifying GUESS values and promoting a positive company culture.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Retail Management Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Retail Management Experience, Preferably In Fashion Or Apparel Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Sales Associates.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills For Building Relationships With Customers And Colleagues.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets, And Ability To Analyze Sales Data To Make Informed Decisions.
