
Receptionist
At Great Clips, we are looking for an organized and friendly professional to join our team as a Receptionist. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and an outgoing personality. As the first point of contact for our customers, the Receptionist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional atmosphere.To be successful in this role, the Receptionist must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience in a customer service role. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel, is also essential. Above all, the Receptionist must be highly organized, able to multi-task, and possess an exceptional ability to listen, understand, and respond to customer needs. Responsibilities: • Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner. • Answer customer inquiries and address customer service issues. • Manage customer appointments and bookings. • Receive and transfer phone calls. • Maintain customer records and update customer profiles. • Maintain a neat and organized reception area. • Ensure adherence to Great Clips customer service policies and procedures. • Resolve customer complaints in an efficient and timely manner. • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and make improvements accordingly. • Process payments and generate sales reports. • Maintain inventory and supplies. • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
