We are looking for a friendly and energetic individual to greet clients, answer phones, and ensure that our customer service remains top-notch. Responsibilities: -Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner -Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel -Schedule and confirm appointments for clients -Maintain a clean and organized reception area -Assist with other administrative tasks as needed -Maintain a customer database and update client information -Ensure customer service remains top-notch at all times -Provide assistance with special projects and tasks as needed -Perform other duties as assigned
