Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated professional to join our team as a Receptionist at Great Clips. The ideal candidate for this position has a passion for customer service and excellent communication skills. We are seeking a candidate who is able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for customers and will be responsible for providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering and transferring phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing general administrative support.To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of receptionist or customer service experience. We are looking for someone who is highly organized and has excellent interpersonal skills. You must be able to work independently and in a team environment. A professional demeanor and the ability to stay calm under pressure are essential. Previous experience using a scheduling system is preferred.We are excited to find the perfect candidate who will be a great addition to our team!

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Answer and transfer phone calls in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Schedule appointments and manage customer information in a scheduling system.
  4. Provide general administrative support as needed.
  5. Maintain a professional demeanor and stay calm under pressure.
  6. Assist with other duties as assigned.
  7. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service.
  8. Prioritize tasks and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  9. Maintain and update customer information in the scheduling system.
  10. Collaborate and work well with the team.
