Great Clips is looking for an Assistant Salon Manager to join our team and help us build upon our reputation for providing outstanding service to our clients.The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least 2 years of experience in the salon industry. They must be highly organized, possess excellent communication and customer service skills, and be a team player. The successful candidate will be able to manage salon operations, lead and motivate team members, and ensure the highest quality of customer service is provided. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage daily operations of the salon, including scheduling, client services, and team member performance.
  2. Lead and motivate team members to ensure they are providing high-quality customer service.
  3. Maintain a professional and pleasant atmosphere in the salon.
  4. Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues that arise.
  5. Train new team members in salon policies and procedures.
  6. Assist with the hiring and onboarding process of new team members.
  7. Schedule team members and ensure they are adequately trained in all areas of the salon.
  8. Work with salon managers and owners to ensure the salon is meeting its goals.
  9. Make sure safety and sanitation standards are being met.
  10. Create and implement promotions and marketing plans to increase customer base.
