The successful candidate will be able to manage salon operations, lead and motivate team members, and ensure the highest quality of customer service is provided. Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the salon, including scheduling, client services, and team member performance.
- Lead and motivate team members to ensure they are providing high-quality customer service.
- Maintain a professional and pleasant atmosphere in the salon.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues that arise.
- Train new team members in salon policies and procedures.
- Assist with the hiring and onboarding process of new team members.
- Schedule team members and ensure they are adequately trained in all areas of the salon.
- Work with salon managers and owners to ensure the salon is meeting its goals.
- Make sure safety and sanitation standards are being met.
- Create and implement promotions and marketing plans to increase customer base.
