Sr Manager, OT Security Architecture and Engineering

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr Manager, OT Security Architecture and Engineering to join the team at GlaxoSmithKline. Responsibilities:

1. Lead the OT Security Architecture and Engineering team to develop and implement the OT security architecture.
2. Monitor the environment for emerging cyber threats and take appropriate action to protect the company.
3. Manage and review the performance of the team to ensure operational objectives and standards are met.
4. Ensure compliance with industry standards and government regulations related to OT security architecture and engineering.
5. Liaise with multiple stakeholders to ensure security objectives are achieved.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners to ensure up-to-date knowledge of cyber security threats.
7. Design and implement security policies and procedures to ensure the security of the company's OT systems.
8. Make recommendations for improvements to current security architectures and processes.
9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure the successful implementation of OT security initiatives.
10. Provide technical guidance and support to the team in the development and implementation of OT security solutions.
