Job Description

We at GlaxoSmithKline are looking for a seasoned Senior Quality Manager to join our team and help drive our commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and management, a comprehensive understanding of industry standards and regulations, and a passion for driving continuous improvement. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of quality assurance strategies and processes that support the organization’s production goals and ensure that all products meet the highest standards of quality.The successful Senior Quality Manager must possess an extensive understanding of the principles, concepts, and practices of quality assurance and management, including Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to complex problems. Additionally, you should be highly organized and have demonstrated success in leading a team to achieve goals. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.

Responsibilities: -Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and processes that support the organization’s production goals -Ensure all products meet the highest standards of quality -Apply principles, concepts, and practices of quality assurance and management including Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing -Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members -Develop creative solutions to complex problems -Lead a team to achieve goals -Maintain an organized work environment -Monitor quality assurance metrics -Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations -Promote continuous improvement initiatives
