We are looking for an experienced and motivated Regional Sales Director to join GlaxoSmithKline’s (GSK) dynamic, fast-paced sales team. The successful candidate must have a proven track record for developing strategies and managing sales teams to meet corporate objectives.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, as well as at least five years of experience in sales and/or marketing. You must also have strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, expertise in developing sales strategies, and an in-depth understanding of the competitive landscape. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are also essential for this role.A passion for sales and an understanding of the importance of building relationships with customers are also essential.
