Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Quality Control Associate Director to join our Quality Control team at GlaxoSmithKline (GSK). You will be responsible for leading and managing the quality control processes, as well as developing and implementing QA procedures to ensure the compliance of our products with applicable regulations.The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be a highly organized individual with the ability to prioritize tasks, possess strong problem-solving and time-management skills, and have a demonstrated understanding of quality control requirements. In addition to a degree in a scientific field, a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role is required.If you are passionate about quality assurance and have the necessary qualifications, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage the quality control processes for GSK products.
  2. Develop and implement QA procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
  3. Monitor and review quality control documentation.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve quality control issues.
  5. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all quality control processes.
  6. Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  7. Work with other departments to ensure quality control standards are met.
  8. Provide training and guidance to team members in quality control processes.
  9. Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures.
  10. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Job Qualifications
