
Principal Product Support Engineer
We are seeking an experienced, passionate Principal Product Support Engineer to join the GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) team in Philadelphia, PA. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical product support to GSK customers. You will be the go-to person for customer inquiries, helping them resolve technical issues with GSK products. To be successful in this role, you should have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and outstanding customer service.
