Job Description

At GlaxoSmithKline, we are looking for a talented Lead – R Shiny Developer to join our ever-growing team. The successful candidate should have a passion for data science, analytics, and developing high-quality code. We are looking for an individual with a strong technical foundation in R, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, as well as experience in developing and designing applications with R Shiny. The ideal candidate should also have experience working with APIs, web services, and databases. We are seeking an individual who is a great collaborator, problem solver, and a creative thinker. Responsibilities:

• Develop and code applications using R, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Design and develop high-quality R Shiny applications.

• Work with APIs, web services, and databases.

• Utilize data science and analytics to create new products and features.

• Collaborate with other developers, designers, and stakeholders.

• Troubleshoot and debug applications.

• Ensure applications are secure and adhere to privacy regulations.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.

• Estimate time for development tasks.

• Document and test code.

• Provide technical guidance and assistance to team members.
