Responsibilities:

1. Managing day-to-day HR operations, including but not limited to onboarding and offboarding of employees, employee records maintenance, processing of payroll and benefits, etc.
2. Developing and utilizing HR systems and tools to ensure accurate and timely HR processes.
3. Creating and maintaining HR databases to track employee data, such as leave balances, performance reviews, etc.
4. Collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and operations.
5. Advising and educating management on employee-related matters, such as compliance with labor laws and regulations.
6. Providing support to employees in the resolution of workplace-related issues.
7. Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
8. Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
9. Analyzing and evaluating HR data and trends to identify areas of improvement.
10. Collaborating with other departments to ensure overall efficiency of the organization's operations.
