Job Description

At Glaxo Smith Kline, we are looking for an experienced, highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as Manager/Director of Strategic Labelling & Development. This role is integral to the success of our organization and requires an individual with a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and a passion for developing and implementing innovative solutions.The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. We are looking for an individual who is able to develop long-term strategic objectives and lead teams to execute them. A deep understanding of the regulatory environment and global labelling process is essential.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a managerial or director role in a pharmaceutical or related industry, with a degree in a related field. Proven experience in leading teams and developing strategies is a must. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a strong drive to learn, develop and mentor. A collaborative attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also essential.
