The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing successful customer relationships, building high-performing teams, and driving measurable results.The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role. The candidate should also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent project management and organizational skills, and a deep knowledge of the healthcare industry.
