Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Clinical Support Manager to join the team at Glaxo Smith Kline. Our ideal candidate should be a self-motivated leader who can bring innovative solutions to our clinical support operations and ensure patient safety.The Clinical Support Manager is responsible for managing the clinical support team and supporting the clinical operations of the organization. The successful candidate will develop and implement strategies to optimize clinical operations, ensure safety guidelines are met, and work collaboratively with multiple internal and external stakeholders.We’re looking for an individual with a minimum of five years of experience in the clinical support field, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and a strong understanding of patient safety protocols. Candidates should have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to work under minimal supervision, and have the ability to effectively manage a team.
