Job Description

Are you an experienced Associate Director, Process Validation professional ready to join an innovative and global leader in healthcare research? Glaxo Smith Kline (GSK) is looking for you!We are seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented Associate Director, Process Validation to join our team and help us continue to provide innovative solutions to healthcare around the world. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight for process validation activities and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in a scientific or engineering field and at least 8 years of experience in process validation in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry. You must have knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), as well as experience in process improvement, technology transfer and process development. Additionally, you must have strong leadership and interpersonal skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.If you are ready to make an impact with a global leader in healthcare, we'd love to hear from you!
