1. Greet and welcome customers to Glacier Bancorp with a friendly and professional demeanor.
2. Assist customers in opening new accounts and provide guidance on account options and features.
3. Perform accurate and efficient teller transactions, including cash handling, deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
4. Educate customers on our products and services, and make recommendations based on their financial needs.
5. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
6. Maintain a thorough understanding of banking policies, procedures, and regulations.
7. Keep up-to-date with industry changes and trends to effectively serve customers and identify potential opportunities.
