1. Greet and welcome clients to the bank in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and accurately responding to client inquiries and requests.
3. Process a variety of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
4. Open new accounts for clients and assist with account maintenance and inquiries.
5. Educate clients on the various banking products and services offered by the bank.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote customer loyalty and retention.
7. Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance.
8. Continuously update and maintain client information and records.
9. Follow security protocols to protect client and bank assets.
10. Maintain a thorough knowledge of all banking products and services to effectively cross-sell and meet sales goals.
11. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective branch operations.
12. Stay informed of any changes or updates to banking regulations and procedures.
13. Attend training and development sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
14. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all transactions and interactions.
15. Assist with other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the branch manager.
