Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Balance cash drawer daily and ensure accuracy.

• Answer customer inquiries and assist with account maintenance.

• Adhere to operational policies and procedures.

• Assist with opening and closing procedures.

• Cross-sell bank products and services.

• Monitor customer activity to detect suspicious behavior or transactions.

• Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.

• Maintain high level of customer service and professionalism at all times.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
