As the face of Glacier Bancorp, Tellers are responsible for creating a positive customer experience and promoting our products and services. We’re looking for someone who is friendly, organized, and detail-oriented.The ideal candidate should have at least one year of cash handling and customer service experience. They should be proficient in using computers and knowledgeable of cash handling policies and procedures. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. The ability to speak Spanish is a plus.We are looking for a Teller who is courteous, professional, and reliable. Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent customer service and create a positive customer experience.
2. Promote Glacier Bancorp products and services.
3. Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
4. Follow all cash handling policies and procedures.
5. Respond to customer inquiries and requests.
6. Assist customers with choosing the right products and services for them.
7. Maintain a professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
8. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
9. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
10. Be knowledgeable of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
11. Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
12. Assist with opening and closing duties.
13. Cross-sell bank products and services.
14. Participate in bank promotional activities.
15. Speak Spanish if applicable.
