
Corporate Third-Party Risk Manager
Glacier Bancorp is looking for an experienced Corporate Third-Party Risk Manager to join our team. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate must have a proven track record of managing third-party relationships and mitigating risks related to corporate operations.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in business risk management, preferably in the banking industry. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Candidates must be able to demonstrate knowledge of risk management frameworks, best practices, and regulations. Additionally, they must possess excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.The Corporate Third-Party Risk Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate risks associated with third-party relationships. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate risks associated with third-party relationships.
- Create and execute monitoring plans for existing third-party relationships.
- Conduct due diligence reviews as needed.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to third-party risk management.
- Collect and analyze data to identify potential risks related to third-party relationships.
- Develop and implement strategies to manage identified risks.
- Monitor the performance of third-party vendors and assess their compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with third-party vendors.
- Perform periodic reviews of third-party relationships and identify areas of improvement.
- Develop and implement plans to improve third-party risk management processes and procedures.
