  1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan to ensure timely and successful execution of major projects and initiatives that align with the company's overall business strategy.
  2. Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, including delegating tasks, setting clear expectations, and providing ongoing support and guidance.
  3. Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise to ensure projects stay on track and within budget.
  4. Collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
  5. Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders on project progress, including any changes or deviations from the original plan.
  6. Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and easily accessible for future reference.
  7. Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and making necessary adjustments as needed.
  8. Mentor and coach junior project managers and team members to develop their project management skills and ensure consistency in project delivery across the organization.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and project management methodologies to continuously improve project delivery processes.
  10. Communicate and present project updates and results to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
  11. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the project team to ensure a successful and enjoyable work experience for all team members.
  12. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of project management processes.
  13. Conduct post-project evaluations to assess project success and identify areas for improvement for future projects.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Management, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large, Complex Projects Within Budget And On Schedule.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Project Managers.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Project Management Methodologies And Tools, Such As Agile, Six Sigma, And Project Management Software.
